Outstanding service. We carefully researched who to sell our home with, meeting a number of agents and observed the marketing of nearby properties by different agents over several years. Sadly we saw time and again valuations that 2 minutes on Rightmove would expose as wildly implausible. Indifferent photos, amateurish text, rotting on Rightmove for months or years with multiple agents, huge reductions, sales falling through. We obviously wanted a good but sensible price that would be achieved allowing for the usual negotiations. We asked for a focus on buyers with funds secured in a position to proceed swiftly. We didn’t want a protracted sale dominating our lives. And we wanted to be in a strong position as buyers offering a robust speedy purchase to potential sellers. We decided to place our trust in a long established firm, crucially by professionals with extensive personal knowledge of selling houses like ours. David & Co met with us to agree terms, took photos, and 4 days later went live on Rightmove. We expected and received outstanding photos accompanied by well crafted intelligent, concise and straightforward text. We wanted and received viewers/buyers discreetly vetted. 10 viewings followed over 12 calendar days, of which many were second viewings, with a sale above expectations on the 12th day and multiple offers. David and Co then expertly and professional carried out the post sale negotiations on price, maintained amicable and sensitive communications with our buyers, our sellers agent, and all Solicitors, closely monitoring progress, and achieved exchange at 3 months and completion/move at 4 months. We think that’s a pretty good outcome in this current market. If you’re in the Golden Triangle with a large premium home, I think you’d be wise to market through David & Co.
