Late August 2015. I decided to put my four bed family home on the market, due to relocation. I invited 3 agents to appraise my home and give a realistic valuation. The 1st from a chain, asked me to value the property as in her words it's difficult with the market in the Preston Park area. How much would I like to place it on the market for ???
