David & David are in my opinion are the perfect estate agents. They have all the right skills to guide a sale through. They are genuinely good people, with years of experience, doing their best for both sellers and buyers. I have been in both sides of the process with them ( as well as others) -and they are outstanding. They get the job done better than others I have come across. No slime, all calm swans and genuinely helpful. Just as effective as anyone else. But with a wholesome, low stress experience. All process advice, queries, form confusions ! and assistance, were knowledgeably and thoroughly covered by them..
